Created Issue: svn2svn does not work under Windows7 (Ultimate) x64 [9324]

The issue is still the same/similar as in #2256. I get the message:

"Could not load file or assembly 'SharpSvn, Version=1.6003.1304.38397, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=d729672594885a28'
or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format."

I can start with no parameters to see the help but using /source and /destination fails.
